Hello, my name is Karen, owner and manager of South Coast Home Management based in Mudeford, Dorset.​

 

After spending many years working in property and sales in and around Christchurch, I decided to use my property and organisational skills to start my own property management business specialising in holiday homes and short-term holiday lets set around our beautiful coastline.​

 

The business developed after owning and managing my own holiday rentals, this has now organically developed to include a full holiday let property management service offering a full listing service on platforms such as Air BnB, VRBO managing bookings to ensure your income is maximised and you retain a 5* review without the hassle of having to do it all yourself from a remote location.​I have a lovely mix of clients and properties from small cottages in town-centre locations, harbour waterfront or sea view properties and family sized accommodation in popular areas such as Mudeford, Friars Cliff and Highcliffe.​Our staff are all locally based and are allocated to each property ensuring continuity in the level of service.  

 

I am the first point of contact for my clients and guests and attend all properties myself either as "meet and greet" service for your guests, or to help with the clean and changeovers. ​Get in touch for an informal chat or to discuss your bespoke home package.
