Whether you already own a second home/holiday let managed by another company or are considering buying an investment we are here to help you every step of the way.

We carry out an opening inventory upon taking on the property which is then used at each changeover by our housekeeping team with an auditable checklist so as to record the condition of the property alongside a photographic schedule.

We are fully insured to cover your home, and us, should any accidents or damages occur.

Second Home & Holiday Let Management

We offer a complete property management service for holiday homes and private second homes, allowing you to make the most of your property, without the hassle. From emergency maintenance to hampers on arrival, housekeeping services and window cleaning to painting and decorating, or even finding the right letting agent for your property. We put all the pieces together through our trusted and dependable team and network of partner specialists, so you don’t have to.

Housekeeping

We have great confidence in our housekeeping teams, they really are the backbone of a successful changeover service that is consistent in terms of standards and 5-star reviews. Our team is highly trained and pay careful and conscientious attention to detail. We strive to maintain a dedicated team with key individuals that seek to be familiar with each and every facet of the property and are able to take a real sense of pride in their work.

Cleaning Fees are determined on a case by case basis and are calculated further to our initial property visit.

Interior Styling & Staging

Should you want a turnkey offering, we are able to source furnishings for your home, offer an interior design or staging package allowing you to just take the keys and either move in or let out straight away thus avoiding loss of income or occupancy.

Conceirge Services for Guests/Owners

Our tailored and bespoke concerige service has been created to help you make the most of your stay in a very unique part of the world; and make your holiday lettings experience totally unique and very personal. Especially useful if you are thinking of renting one of our large holiday homes.

We can help you arrange activities or events both on and off site.  Ask us for further details about private dining, water sports, mackerel fishing etc....

The Team

Our in-house housekeeping service is built on over 60 years of combined experience, all our team are particularly selected and fully trained in every particular of how you like your property left.  We endeavour to maintain consistently exceptional standards through a careful process of high level ongoing training; detailed documentation in the form of your own dedicated Property Index to ensure everything is presented to your specifications, from the positioning of the cushions to the location of the Christmas tree; and transparent communications.
